Unity Tutorial:
Video scrubbing using Timeline

The prototype we are working on calls for a mechanic that will use something similar to video scrubbing to find information. We thought using Timeline as a base for this would be a perfect fit and, after a little scripting, we were able to get a basic version going.

In March, Unity began offering three months of complimentary access to their Learn Premium program due to the changes surrounding COVID-19.

Unity Tutorial:
Hinged Doors with UltmateFPS (UFPS)

A few weeks ago I was working on a first person prototype using a Unity asset called Ultimate FPS (UFPS) and I wasn’t able to find any results on Google/YouTube on how to get hinged doors to open and close…so I decided to create a step by step tutorial to get them working on my own and hopefully this can help someone else out there!
